really went gentings with my secondary school friend.......... took the 10pm tour bus near Lavender mrt station....... reached gentings around 5am+.......... spent a few hours at golden mile area for tour details and dinner and some pools........ before boarding the bus.......... the bus got 3 breaks........ 2 for fuel top up and 1 for a supper break at around 12am+ at Kim Guan.......... not sure if I managed to sleep during the entire journey......... but was quite alert and awake when I alighted at the First World Hotel at Gentings............ tried to make our way to the casino once we got off the bus.......... managed to make our way to a casino in the hotel........ but the operating hours is from 12pm - 4am.......... so we thought this is insane as we thought casinos are supposed to operate 24 hours......... so we went to look for another casino........ and after some enquiring......... we made our way to Gentings Hotel........ which is a 6-star hotel......... but the rates for the junior suite is also quite affordable by us......... but we did not get any rooms as we are not planning to stay overnight........... then went to the Casino De Gentings........... and was told by the guard that my friend's bag was not allowed......... and I was even asked how old I was............ and when I told him I am 24...... he smiled at me........ and I returned with a grin.......... and off we went into the casino to explore............ went to every single table to check what are the available games around......... and also to check the minimum bets for each table......... then my friend started off with playing jackpot machines....... and he managed to win......... and the winnings was then changed into chips for us to start our little venture there......... things went very smooth......... as we went to try our luck on the 'birdcage' table.......... and my guesses were pretty acturate........ and won 80-90% of the times........ but after awhile....... we decided to push our luck and bet everything we won.......... and lost all back to the banker........... and we walked off for breakfast after losing our winnings......... then we went back to the same table to play again......... this time I bet alone........ I placed my only RM$100 chip on the bet I chose....... and won........ and I proceeded to the next table which I seen was about to prepare for opening............ and sat there waiting for the table to be ready for operation.......... then got relatively lucky........ and then unlucky....... and decided to bet everything I got....... but did not lose everything but got RM$300 after that showhand round......... so decided to play safe........ and bet normally.......... then got lucky again......... managed to win RM$400........ so decided to stop as I wanted to keep my virgin venture a good start....... and also was only intending to get back my bus fare and the sleague bet I placed earlier on.............. then went for lunch....... and went for for another 2 hours of looking around and gambling by my friend.......... left the casino at 2pm....... and walking to the gathering area for the bus to go back to Singapore......... we thought that the bus gathering time is 1430........ so we took our time to walk back to the gathering area........ but when I took out the letter to read........ I found out that 1430 is actually the departing time!!!!!!! so we ran all the way back to First World Hotel to find out where exactly is the gathering area for the buses back to singapore........... and as we ran back..... alot of tourists were there for sightviewing........ and staring at us when the 2 of us are happily 'jogging' in the cold breeze........... and luckily we managed to get a bus to get back to singapore........ if not I am not sure when will I be able to reach singapore.......... as the bus we took left at 1430 and reached singapore after 2200............ cleared customs at second link at Tuas........ took the bus 193 back to boon lay interchange before taking bus 180 home........... short but fruitful trip........ at least got a rough idea how a casino looks like and things are not really that nice as what we expected if were given a chance to work in a casino........ hehehehe.............

managed to go to work before 0830 for this entire week........ phew....... at least can cover back the 'redness' I got over the past few weeks.......... batam was late again......... for this entire week........ but my colleagues suggested we do not wait until so late......... we shall leave after 1730......... so after getting this news...... I quickly contacted the whole world that I am available for date......... but not everyone is as free as me........ hahaha........ so ended up I went to jurong point to watch movies with my army friend............ left behind all the undone jobs for the rest of my colleagues...... hahaha........ got 'cursed' by my colleagues for arrowing them tasks I left behind......... but really nice of them........... 3 of them exactly....... just like Charlie's Angels........ hahaha........ the movie I watched with my friend........... quite funny......... and extremely exaggerating........ but I do not dispise it.......... recommendable for people who are down........... but got to watch it with zero seriousness........ if not you cannot stand it......... think its some how more 'graphical' than the earlier one shown......... then took taxi home after the movie............ not sure why I got problems with taxi drivers these few nights........ this malay driver got me to the wrong place I told him to go to.......... went to Tanjong Pagar instead of Bukit Panjang............ was sleeping during the time when he was driving......... and think he was both apologetic and furious that he got to the wrong place........... then after correcting him........ he sped all the way to my place.......... as he said he was sorry for delaying my time.......... and he woke me up once entering into Bukit Panjang area......... making sure that he do not go to the wrong place.......... but his altitude is not so friendly when waking me up.......... and the taxi fare ended up $34.80!!!!!!! and he told me to pay whatever I think is appropriate........... thus I paid him $15........ which I think is more than enough to go from boon lay to bukit panjang after midnight.......... but do not think he is happy with that......... well neither am I......... hehehe.......... planning to go gentings this weekend....... but think may got to push to next weekend.......... as a reunion dinner for army specialists organised by me on this coming monday evening......... and I think finally the dinner and dance pictures taken last year are going to be developed real soon finally after so many months.........

went stocktake today........ went with 2 remaining "aunties" who came to work today......... the rest clearing their leave....... purposely left my understudy behind to test her learning skills so far.......... but batam provided the details too late........ and by the time we already got back to office........... and I did the preparations before actually passing over to my understudy........... batam was late, system was slow and understudy also slow.......... so ended up got to work overtime....... but at least the stocktaking session was actually a chit-chatting session.......... chatted with the delivery man who is going back for reservice next week.......... shared with him how it is like during reservice........... went window shopping with the ladies during lunch before going to the warehouse........... hahaha......... asked to comment on the clothings they chose to wear............ kind of interesting......... everything was normal until I called a cab to go home after all the documents were given to the delivery man........... sent my understudy back home first........... then went back to my place.......... then the taxi driver started to talk with me......... everything still okay....... until we reached my place.......... and the meter stopped at $24.90............. took the receipt and wanted to leave when he begin to talk jesus with me......... I think it all started because I said "Yeah your son got to look for someone who share the same religion"............. and he began to say its not religion........ its jesus who they believed in............. or something like that............ telling me alot of his personal experiences.......... miracles he had seen....... people he had came across........... preached with me for almost 1hour.......... and I cannot believe I actually stayed in the taxi for so long....... wanted to leave but he is so 'sharing'......... cannot put myself to interrupt him and get myself out of the taxi............. and think it all got to do with Undertaker's father......... as he is driving passenger to their designated place.......... if not I would not have been so lucky to encounter this amazing taxi driver............. and not sure how am I suppose to make the taxi claim .......... which is almost twice the amount which I normally claimed.............

just found out that the CDs Moonknight burnt for me cannot be played properly on my computer........ so disappointing...... but at least I was asked by my admin head today whether if I am interested in the company trip to Phuket from July 11-13...... and I agreed and going to be subsidized by 50%........ got to pay roughly S$180 for the entire trip......... another $40 if going to stay alone in a hotel room....... but do not think I will waste such money........ since I can sleep anywhere with anyone......... hehehe.......... worked late today.......... and got to listen to stories from "auntie" colleague again.......... very nice of her to confide in me........... and trust me not to spill the beans out.......... at least this helped me to get to know the people around me better........ and if my judgement is right.......... wanted to update the 6 days of ICT last week........ but it is really long....... spent few hours updating last sunday........ but site was down when I tried to post it............ and everything was gone!!!!!!! so really got to wait until another day when I can sit down and recall and try to type everything again.........

went to work as usual today....... but almost every colleague cannot recognise me....... even the office cleaner is also doubtful if I am the usual kid in office.......... understudy did not come to work today so got to do all the work myself......... bought a box of Ang Ku Kueh as suggested by my "auntie" colleagues......... but only ate 2 and gave away the rest....... met Moonknight and a secondary school friend for movies....... intended to go to Plaza Singapura to watch but left front two rows of tickets ........... cineleisure has some kind of charlie angels preview and thus was not able to watch it there as well....... ended up watching "Hulk" at lido........ but Moonknight left without watching the show...... got the CDs from him...... and his signature as well........ hehehe........ had dinner at McDonald's with them......... and a interesting waitress at the counter caught our attention...... she made me waited for the fillets I ordered......... I asked her to deliver them to where I am seated.......... she agreed........ but I waited and waited....... until I finished my fries and sundae......... then I turned my head over to the counter and she smiled........ and then she walked over moments later with her hands empty...... in fact she came over to ask me what she has got to deliver to me instead........ hahaha........ so I told her the 2 double fillet burgers....... then she quickly went to get them......... but somehow she returned with the 2 burgers with 2 extra packets of fries!!! hahaha........... and after realising that she had brought the extra fries....... she even told me not to tell her boss about that....... and treat the fries as a bonus gift........ interesting isnt it? and her name is shujie.......

supposed to go to my childhood friend's first son full month........ but the people who are going with me is not available!!!! one still sleeping and the other one did not reply my message....... if not can get to see my secondary school friends before I go away for the next few days........ then went to my army friend's place to play mahjong instead....... and to check out what have they packed for reservice....... as I had still not yet packed my things in the afternoon......... then came home after mahjong to try to pack my things........ most of the stuff were already brought out by my mother....... she even claimed that she is like going to the reservice instead of me...... hehehe......... Yes I know I got a very nice mother.......... that is why I respect women........ especially my mother........ although I may be rude to her......... hehehe...... finally got my things packed and got ready for reservice......... and I did not pack the standard items........ as all of us think it is not a requirement....... also this is the first time we are going back........ so got to test the market..... brought back the minimal things....... do not wish to list them out here........ since it is not something very honourable........ and maybe if there is anything that is really needed........ can always try to get it at E-mart instead...... hehehehe....... well just hope everything turns out well........ and I am really getting excited to get back......... really been a long time since I wear green........ and there is going to be a parade........ really amazing....... but looking forward to gather back with the old mates....... and update each other....... lastly...... I will not be free from 16th - 21st June........ ICT period........ so the blog will not be updated during this period of time........ hehehe..... see you all around next week...

saturday afternoon slept until 12pm...... from 4am+........ woke up to ask my friend when to cut hair........ finally met my friend at Jurong Point and had my hair cut at 1700........ spent $10 getting my hair cut until very short.......... can see for yourselves when you can......... hehehe........ very refreshing now........ getting abit more ready to go back for my reservist........ went to selegie area to eat dou jiang...... then went to parklane to play acrade....... while waiting for another friend's grand arrival......... then we went for dinner at the noodles shop at parklane after he arrived but he did not join us for dinner as he already taken and went to look for his friends in the selegie pools........... then went to find that latecomer........ and after some hesitations......... we also went in and play pools.......... and I was not very good with pools....... but I think I sort of improved alot during last night......... or maybe my friend brings me luck......... he played for years...... but yet lost to me in luck........ imagine he lost a number of games due to getting the black ball and the white ball into the pockets........ hahaha..... really cannot stop laughing when many unexpecting moments happened....... I had fun playing the pools for 2+hours....... and so I treat him to it since he has been treating me very well all this while.......... was asked to join my secondary school friends at holland village for coffee....... wanted to join.... but my friend did not want to pick me up and wanted me to go there myself by bus.......... but if I am a female........ I think he will be sure to travel all the way here to pick me up....... and that is the way how each gender is created........ then I went for late movie with my army friends instead........ as there is no more buses going to holland village.......... went to cineleisure to get 3 tickets for "How to lose a guy in 10 days"......... hahaha.... cannot imagine 3 guys watching such a movie......... but the movie was decent....... but still more recommendable for couples.......... then took NR3 home........ reached home around 5am......... slept until 11+am.......... and my mother told me I looked like 16-17 years old once again...... with my new fresh look.......... hahaha......... got to go to my friend's place at 1300 for her son's first month........ but I cannot get my other friend to go together......... not sure where they disappear to......... getting late already......... and still my stuff are not yet packed........ although all are brought out and placed neatly on the floor already......... hope there is going to be enough time to pack later in the evening..........

some how it is like the same old story everyday....... trying to break my own personal record for walking from park mall to UE square for work....... luckily today I made it again....... just a minute early for work........ and got questioned by my admin head the whereabouts of my understudy after 0830........ also no idea how to answer her....... just gave a smile and act busy....... hehehe...... went to McDonald's for lunch....... saw 3 guys eating........ and some how felt like vomiting........ maybe it is the way they ate their food........ went back to office....... and tried to clear everything on my desk before I go for reservice next week........ do not wish to leave huge stack of papers at my desk when I go......... so hopefully it can more or less remain the same state as it is when I get back on the 23rd.......... if not I will have lots of catching up to do......... and also hope that I will remember my working routine when I get back to work.......... hehehe........ really have bad memory....... left office at 1845 to catch the last shuttle bus to city hall to meet Undertaker....... but Stargazer coming from bishan arrived much earlier than him instead........ then went to food court for dinner after much hestitating moments........ then accompany Undertaker to the power building for some financial investment one-to-one talk....... the guy is another freak which I pinpointed out right away.......... wonder if Undertaker is ever going to meet him again.......... hahahaha........ went to gather back with Stargazer to watch Animatrix which he downloaded........ quite interesting........ will be downloading that myself hopefully after my brother's stuff is finished.......... met Undertaker's friend for movies....... imagine four 24 years old guys watching a cartoon "Finding Nemo" together.......... kind of amazing............ and to think that Stargazer still unwilling to watch it when I treat him to it and Undertaker treated him to popcorn and coke..... but find the movie was reasonably funny........ had a good laugh........... luckily did not cause any unhappiness this time in the cinemas........ if theres anyone out there who is going to watch the cartoon soon......... please remember to stay until the credits end.......... there are some unexpected scenes shown at the end....... got a message from spy after the show asking if I am online.......... wonder if it is got to do with the pay for working 4 days at the EXPO IT fair....... will know tomorrow..........

managed to be on time today........ phew...... walked so fast until my shins almost cannot take it........ but my understudy reported to work at 0900........ wonder if I made the wrong choice to get her this job........ but at least you can get to see one's real image through working....... just like all kinds of people you get to see in the army......... went to lunch without Stargazer....... not exactly sure what happened....... but the lunch at Sakae Sushi was not really that pleasant...... maybe I am not a japanese food fan........ but maybe japanese girls fan instead....... hahaha........ eat until very full........ and my friend ate until cry for 'tolong'........ tried that soft shell crab....... expensive but certainly not worth the money as it is not really that tasty like my friend has said it to be........ anyway tried some other dishes which she recommended or rather she thought it to be tasty....... but I did not find them too god mode........ then went back to office to continue packing the remaining files for January to March.......... was told not to seal the cartons up yet....... that is going to mean that the other male temporary staff will have to work it out himself next week when I am away for reservice......... well I tried to convince my colleague to seal the cartons up this week....... but in vain........ then idle from 4pm onwards....... because Batam side failed to provide the neccessary details for us to proceed with our daily working procedure.......... so went online at my other colleague's computer after 1800........ where all of the managers or heads left the office already......... had fun all the way until after 1900........ before I got work to do.......... but the understudy left when the office is left with only my favorite colleagues and myself........ really carefree......... can do anything I want........ then overheard that one of my colleagues got to rush to her friend's wedding dinner........ and the time is already 8pm+....... and she is still not changed yet.......... as if she is going to be the bride being the last one to appear at the dinner......... then after she changed......... I saw that the strings behind her blouse is not properly tied up......... so I asked if she wanted me to tie them up jokingly......... she in turn asked another female colleague instead...... and gave me a smile....... hahaha....... things get interesting when there is not many people in the office....... then asked Moonknight to come to my office to show me the sneak preview of his project.......... but got him to wait for me downstairs for awhile instead........ as I got to wait for my colleague who was on long medical leave to leave the office together......... she has problem with locking up the office........ so I got to stay back slightly longer to help her lock the office........... listen to abit of her pain while locking up the place and taking the lift....... then walked her to the taxi stand........ before going to meet Moonknight.......... there are 2 versions of the commercial......... think there might be a third version soon.......... I burst out laughing after viewing his masterpiece.......... the commercial did not turn out to be as disappointing as I thought........ forced to give comments in order to help him to further enhance his project............ but really think it is quite a good piece of work in my opinion....... at least the commercial has made me look relatively okay in the whole 30 seconds period......... Keep up the good work, Moonknight!!!........ hehehe......... and will be looking forward to the CDs I am supposed to be able to get containing the whole filming of the commercial after my reservist..........

late once again for work today........ left home earlier today....... but the bus was too slow...... realised that it is the sixth time out of eight times for work this month!!! at this rate I am going ....... think I am going to be late everyday........ but my friend came much later than me........ hehehe....... quite idle in the morning........then went to Tiong Bahru market to take lunch........ and still supervising my understudy with the tasks I handed over so far........ but things are not as relaxing as others thought...... it is kind of boring to stare at someone else working and yet so slowly........ just wanted to doze off....... some how reminded of my previous understudy........ also from NUS........ wonder if all university calibres are all like that....... all of the same kind...... if they are not females........ I may have grabbed the chopper and hacked their heads off........ maybe that is the satanic side of me........ hehehe........ not born to be a teacher...... or maybe the problem is not with me........ wonder if anyone else can tolerate such behaviour if you are trying to teach.......... interrupting while you are guiding....... handphone kept ringing now and then....... not paying attention....... yawning........... but this kind of killing feeling only existed when I am trying to teach at the moment of time........... I never could remember clearly of such feelings...... but maybe writting it here helps........ or at least I can remember the next time I read.......... just realised that this coming friday is a black one........ wonder what will happen on that day........ and the black week is approaching very soon......... only 4 days away......... things still not ready...... nothing packed....... hair still not cut......... by the way Moonknight called me to inform me that he is not feeling well today....... thus the commercial sneak preview will be postponed to the following day....... but still yet to confirm as I got to check what time I will be knocking off........ and to think he is going to show his work to everyone he knows......... although he claimed that his circle of friends is small......... but still it is going to make me kind of publicly known........... hehehe........ think got to sleep early tonight....... if not I am going to be late again tomorrow morning......... dont wish to have the punch card full of red timings punched....... kind of unpleasant looking.........

late for work today........ hehehe........ nothing really unusual happened today........ tried to impart my knowledge to my understudy........ went lunch at liang court foodcourt......... then did packing of all the files all from the way from April 2002..... really alot of files when you removed them from the shelves....... its been a long time since I did so much physical work........ the good thing is I am excused from doing all the documents today......... so I did not have to work overtime..... just idle around until 1800 before leaving the office......... went to bugis arcade and played my usual game........ good start but bad ending....... ended up losing points from what I had....... rushed home to try to get online as my friend called me when I was in the arcade...... telling me that she got her baby son's pictures for me to see......... but she is not online when I got home......... Moonknight wanted to meet me tomorrow to let me see the final product of his commercial which I had taken part in........ and to give him some opinions before he hands in his project......... but coming to my office may not be so convienent as there may be other people around.......... so I suggested him getting a laptop out instead........ but looks like all his friends are unwillingly to carry more weights out......... so the idea may got to be dropped........ we shall see how tomorrow.........

last 2 days was unable to update ........ saturday night brother got to use the computer........ sunday night...... the blogger website is down......... saturday only remembered playing mahjong at my army friend's place as usual........ and finally won some money...... but not much though.......... then went to EXPO on sunday to pay Stargazer and my 'girls' a visit over there to see how are they doing........ but did not stay too long as I was not at all welcome by anyone I know there....... so disappointed....... and neglected....... cannot even touch my friend's laptop to update the blog or surf the net.......... so left shortly to bugis for my favorite pasttime........ wasted some money there while waiting for my long-time-no-see army friends....... went to dinner with them at the dimsum restaurant...... I ate the wantan ramen...... which is really tasted like maggie mee........ imagine a bowl of instant noodles cost $12...... hahaha....... then tried the sharkfins dumplings and scallop dumplings....... also not very spectacular.......... only the name sounded magnificent...... but the food is not as expected.......... hehehehe...... and chit chat about all our recent happenings...... to update each other....... and most of all listening to my close army buddy's sorrows he had while he was overseas working............ got a unpleasant shock at the cashier...... just think of the receipt tagged $78.71 for 3 persons....... then went home and tried to sleep early....... but nearly cannot get to sleep as there are mosquitoes in my room I think as I got bitten and irritated by them....... but still managed to sleep due to my constant lack of sleep...... went to work as normal............ but surprisingly, my friend reported to work today.......... actually she tried to inform me via sms....... but I did not turn my handphone on until I saw her in the office...... and everyone in the office is giving me the kind of strange looks........ considered quite uneasy with those looks around........... things got abit worse when I went lunch with my friend.......... as I almost never go to lunch......... and the 'aunties' colleagues claimed that I would go for lunch from today onwards.......... and another admin girl even commented that she is very happy that I am going for lunch finally....... think they really make this little event a big fuss over it......... even my friend also think that it is some how like a grand event to see me having lunch after all this while......... then after finished lunch....... my friend still not willing to go back to office to work.......... claiming that she got to spend full 60 minutes for lunch.......... so no choice but to like hang around the UE shopping mall......... but think spent too long out there....... until my auntie colleague also sms me to tease me......... then went back to office......... then got informed by my colleague that the malay supervisor asked what time exactly did I leave office for lunch........ this some how made me feel like my image is spoilt........ but also think that it is abit overdoing it as I almost never go for lunch......... and I even worked through lunchtime sometimes........ and now I just overshot the lunch hour by awhile....... and got questioned already.......... no wonder all my 'aunties' colleagues dislike the malay guy and even comes out with stunts to attempt to get him into trouble........ hehehehe........ and I am not sure if I or my auntie colleague did the right thing........ for imparting my skills to my understudy...... instead of letting her handling the simple filings or misc tasks...... as my sick colleague today told me that she got difficulities doing the simple filings as she got to take those heavy files....... which hurts her back alot........ she preferred to do the SAP procedure instead...... because that mainly deals with the computer and not much heavy workload involved....... but the main concern my auntie got is to let my sick colleague go back as early as 1730...... if she is to deal with the SAP stuff...... she will not be able to go back so early to rest....... so quite in a fix....... wonder what will be the final verdict..... still got to wait and see....... did not work too late today........ as my main task this week is to teach as much as I know to my understudy.......... and she got to go to clinic for removing the stitches before the clinic closes.......... went to the pasat malam near my place..... nothing unique as usual.......... reached home and had dinner........... then a unexpected phonecall from my secondary school friend......... finally she made up her mind to invite me to her son's first month because she is reluctant as there is the SARS going around lately........ but think it is more safer nowadays......... and luckily her son is born on the 16th May...... and going to celebrate his first month this coming sunday on the 15th June............ as I got to go back for reservice on the 16th.......... and name her first son Zhu(1) Zhi(4) Quan(2)....... sort of meaning his son is full of wisdoms....... well typical parents wishing their kids to be successful in the future.......

left office at 1830........ yeah...... finally....... able to knock off quite early.......... heard from my admin head that she checked with the agency that my friend has agreed to report to work on monday....... well this is something that I am unawared of....... as I did not hear anything from my friend yet....... went to meet Undertaker for dinner........ Lynia and Stargazer both were not free to join........ one at EXPO ...... one at clementi........... and I am meeting Undertaker at cityhall.......... after much struggling of thinking what to eat......... finally got a decision to try the japanese food at Sakana near his working place.......... the place was okay........ waiter was polite......... food was average.......had some kind of special dinner set costing the most in the menu........ typical japanese taste........ nothing very special to me........... but I did not regret going there........ as I got something in return at least.........after all these years of searching............ the song I have been trying to get is being played in that restaurant........ so I immediately went to ask the waiter....... and the female boss show me the CD cover......... so I copied the japanese title of that CD and that particular song I am interested in........... then went to bugis arcade and play my all time favorite mahjong game......... also tried a shooting game with Undertaker and got promoted to Staff Sergeant....... like quite simple to me.......... hahaha.......... but only gained some points at the mahjong game.......... no promotion or demotion...... then wanted to watch Finding Memo......... but was too late for the show......... so we watched another one....... but he wanted to watch Bruce Almighty......... while I wanted to watch Phone Booth........ and I had already watched that comedy already........ and he do not wish to treat me.......... so I treat him to the movie Phone Booth instead........ while he treated me popcorn and coke in return......... but show ended really fast.......... and whole movie is revolving around the phone booth only........... so its not recommended to watch it on weekends......... but rather on mondays to wednesdays..... is still quite worth it......... as the plot is kind of interesting and amazing in my opinion......... then waited for his father to pick us up.......... and he really asked his father to just drive me to the nearest nightrider bus-stop and dropped me there.......... even though I told him that I may need his father's cab for the whole of next week......... really unspeakable........... hahaha........ then waited for like 30-40 minutes before my bus NR3 came........ and got home to find myself able to be online as my brother is not yet home.........

thought I could finish work early today.......... but I was wrong..... totally wrong........ batam side slow everything down....... can only really begin my work from 1700 onwards........ and everything was slow....... and ended up still working overtime until 2100........ but at least my colleague who went on long medical leave is able to go back around 1745........ did not want her to share the workload yet........ as she is still weak and in pain........... and I didnt stay overtime with my usual "auntie" colleague tonight......... but with the admin head.......... and she told me her daughter also has the same name as my friend......... and I think everyone is assuming my friend will report work on monday........ which myself also not sure of....... I only know that its about time I get more sleeping hours........ been sleeping wherever I could........ even waiting for my friend's father's taxi also almost fell asleep......... and slept in the taxi after there is no more conversation with my friend's father......... guess I got to really turn in early tonight....... which may sound like a miracle to many people out there...... hehehehe.........

opps..... fell asleep watching television again..... think getting more and more tired easily already..... did not work too late yesterday....... left office at 1900 for bugis arcade for my latest hobby...... spend $20+ again.... and finally got promoted to the next rank....... and managed to catch the last bus home....... if not may have to hail a cab to get home...... certainly not worthwhile for all those unneccessary expenses.... hehehe....... heard that my colleague who is away on medical leave will be coming back....... and true enough..... shes seated back on her chair when I am late for work this morning...... saw her carrying a walking stick walking around the office.... kind of pityful for her to do that at such a young age..... well..... as the saying goes.... the good does not always be repaid with goodness...... hope things will work out better for her..... as I already did my part in renewing the contract in order to take over her tasks while she was on medical leave...... heard from my admin head that she has asked the agency to contact my friend on friday to ask her to report to work next monday...... but she also suggested I ask my friend about her condition now.... whether will she still be limbing around on monday..... as she would not like to see that..... as the admin head is supposed to show my friend around and introduce to the japanese bosses etc...... so its not so pleasant..... and I already messaged my friend to make the choice herself...... whether to turn up for the job........ on the other hand...... heard from my other friend who I introduced to Stargazer's IT fair at EXPO...... saying that the S$80 per day is not so easily earned as expected..... their job is not solely for display purposes..... but there are knowledge to be absorbed..... well it is not that hard after all in my opinion..... since they are paid to learn.... and not paying to learn..... should be quite a fair deal..... hehehe..... think today I should be able to knock off fairly early..... unless I got to refresh my colleague's mind on the daily tasks.... hehehe..... we shall see in a few hours later......

worked overtime today to clear abit of the pile of papers on my desks....... the temporary staff assisting me is not quite up to the standard I had in mind........ he was actually helping another department but also kind of helped out in mine as well........ think the focus for the day is about my friend and the vacancy in my office....... so my colleague went to find out more later in the afternoon......... and found out some sort of good news...... the japanese boss has finally approved of hiring a temporary staff for my department ........ but only from next monday onwards......... I informed my friend about it but think she is asleep as usual......... but then the admin head did not talk to me regarding this matter at all........ so I was thinking if my friend would be hired or not........ as she is injured and not sure if the company would mind......... just hope that either the agency or my admin head will call my friend within the next few days....... later in the evening....... I took a random cab home today....... as friend's father is driving customer to bedok........ once I reached home....... got the message from my friend that she just woken up like I expected........ asked me if she can start work earlier........ but I told her what I thought........ and maybe my words are too harsh........ so she replied with a "Forget it, I'm quitting" kind of message....... I did not bother to explain further......... as I think if the more I explain........ the more I will be the person at fault.......... which I should not be in the very first place......... so just let it be....... and see what will happen within the next few days...... if my friend does not come to work....... wonder who will be the unknown temporary staff to assist me........

fell asleep while watching television..... thats why forgotten to update last night.... hehehe...... basically nothing much happened last night............ except working overtime again...... and took undertaker's father's taxi back home...... and also fell asleep in the cab..... think I was really tired last night........ early in the morning I informed my female colleague that my friend is not fit to work due to her injury.... then when my colleague told the admin head..... she was surprised to hear that as she told me that my friend has not been confirmed for the employment yet...... so strange...... so I checked with my friend to see if the agency has given her special instructions and theres none.......... and my friend decided to come to work today..... as she is afraid of losing the temporary job........ but I double confirmed that she is not risking her health to come to work so early since her wound is still quite fresh............. then woke her up this morning and she wanted to rest for 1 more day.... I did not agree or disagree.......... but let her know what I heard from the admin head instead..... and let her decide........... and she finally chose to report to work.......... so planned to meet her at 0800......... and as usual........ shes late....... so far ........ 100% late.......... but maybe this time can be forgiveable as her walking is greatly affected by her injury.......... and shes 25minutes late......... so took cab to my office......... and things start to get wrong........ as the admin head approached my friend.......... explained the situation......... gave her S$10 cash and sent her off........... the rest of my female colleagues were also shocked to hear that.......... and actually in fact.... $10 is not going to be enough for her to get home .......... then I took her downstairs for a coffee break while my "aunties" try to talk to the boss and get back to me as soon as possible.......... but outcome was not pleasing.... so she got to go home and wait for further instructions........... so I went up and get back to work......... then later found out that she is waiting for the shuttle bus service ......... but its really so concidental or rather unlucky that she had missed the last bus when we saw it while drinking coffee.......... and ultimately........ its communication error........ not sure if its between the agency and the admin head or the agency with my friend......... but sure got to do with the agency......... but just got to see how....... as my friend is in a disadvantage of carrying a injured leg.......... not sure to pity her or laughed at her......... so just wait and see what happens in the next few days..........

slept for around the same previously........ and was woken up by my cousin's call ....... really quite a rare caller....... woke me up just to ask me to go to his house to play mahjong with his friends......... as one of his friends is down with fever so cannot play as planned......... and I went over to play at 1330........ well this is the first time I played with this group...... and they are really slow.......... only played 12 rounds from 1400 to 2130...... but ultimately I am reasonably contented with the outcome....... not only I won but also was the only winner of the 4 players........ but sad to say they played relatively small compared to what I usually played........ but at least I didnt waste my time today........ managed to recoup a portion of my losses the previous night........ and also I gamed quite a magnificent hand today........ and the rest of them are sure impressed with my mahjong 'skills'...... hahaha........ and I was quite bad today as to sort of catch my cousin gaming a wrong hand........ but if my tiles at the moment of time is relatively lousy, I would not have care at all....... but I was having a pure hand........ and I was the dealer at that time....... and his wrong move cost my pure hand not to be achieved and lost my chance of staying as the dealer consecutively...... ate a dumpling at his place and brought back some for family as well....... supposed to meet my friend for dinner at 2000 or so..... but due the the slowness of the mahjong session....... my friend taken her dinner on her own........ and only met her after 2200..... for my dinner instead........ and handed over the burnt CDs to her........ chit-chat for awhile........ then walked her home and cycled back......... and got a another rare sms from my primary school friend asking for a arrangement to meet one of these days.......wonder if there is any conspiracy involved........ hahahaha....... and also got another call from my friend telling me that she is not able to work tomorrow as she got injured while dancing at Zouk the previous night......... stepped onto some kind of glass or something........ was given 2 days of medical leave....... but wonder when can she start work........ as I am supposed to teach and hand over my 'knowledge' to her while I got to go back for reservice in 2 weeks' time............. if not time may not be really enough for a novice to pick up so much in such a short time........ also got to inform my female colleague tomorrow that she is not able to work..... wonder if she would believe such a coincidence....... to be unable to work on the first day of work........ hehehe

slept for around 6 hours as I woke up after 12pm......... then played abit of utopia and got informed of mahjong session at 1430 later....... things did not turn out really bad until the evening after 1900....... got a sms asking me to join friends at zouk........ think got some kind of NTU or NUS bash over there tonight........ was still deciding whether to go or not.......... as I thought to myself that if I manage to recoup my losses, I would go........ if not I would play another round of mahjong to try my luck........... but while replying them......... I mistakenly game a wrong hand........... which is a real shame to me......... that sms actually cost me S$40!!!!!!! so at the point of time......... I straight away turned down the offer of joining them when my friend called me up to reconfirm my decision.......... eventually still lost some money.......... then cycled back home........ but realised that I had not taken dinner yet....... and still got to help my friend burn some CDs....... so called her out and had dinner after 0030 at the nearby coffeeshop........... but forget to bring my wallet........ so asked her to treat me....... and chit-chat until 2am+....... then I didnt go home right away......... went night cycling on my own for more than 2 hours instead............ then came back finally........
